Diamonds

This is perhaps the most prized gemstone ever. It has been the source of much joy but unfortunately, it has also caused some pain because of its desirability. The movie The Blood Diamond illustrates the negative aspect that this gemstone has brought about. However, nothing changes the fact that diamonds are still sought after today.

Pearls
Natural pearls are very expensive and highly sought after as they are quite rare. The cultured versions are easier to acquire and as such are cheaper. That doesn’t mean that they are any less beautiful, however.

These gemstones come in various hues of green and bluish green. They are however generally synonymous with the deep vibrant green color.
